The Business Excellence Center (BEC) was established by a group of highly qualified professionals, to offer a wide range of educational, training, and technical assistance programs for organizations and individuals in the area of Quality Management.
The collective experience of BEC members covers key market sectors whether for manufacturing or service organizations such as electronics, engineering, communication, pharmaceutical, chemicals, contracting, oil and gas, public utilities, food, printing, packing, agriculture, military and military production, in addition to service organizations such as call centers, hospitals, laboratories, consulting firms, â€¦etc.
BEC is a center that is not directed for profit. It was established with a community service mission. Despite the fact that BEC is a new company, its founding team possess a long experience in training, education, and consultation in the area of Quality Management and other related areas.
Moreover, BEC has a network of trainers and consultants who were carefully selected to provide excellent service to our clients.
Over the past fifteen years, BEC team directed and instructed over 60 classes of Total Quality Management Post Graduate Diploma for both Business, and Healthcare professionals. Thousands of quality professionals are graduates of classes organized by BEC team.
Moreover, BEC team provided consultation and technical knowhow to a wide range of companies. The scope of consultations provided ranged from establishing quality systems that satisfied international standards requirements, to solving specific performance problems or supervising improvement projects.
All programs offered by BEC share several common characteristics: a highly qualified faculty drawn from the management and quality arena; an emphasis on the latest concepts in practice; up to date reference material; and excellent teaching facilities and resources. These characteristics provide the solid foundation that management at BEC is built on and is proud of.
BEC is headed by Eng. Samia Abdel Latif. She was certified by BSI, UK and became the first Master Black Belt in Egypt. Many of Six Sigma Black Belts in Egypt were her students
To promote quality disciplines and systems in manufacturing and service sectors. This includes preparing individuals for careers in business, government and other organizations for which knowledge and skills in quality management functions are fundamental professional qualifications.
