Why the Business Excellence Center (BEC)?

BEC members are a group of highly qualified members. Their collective experience covers a wide range of expertise that enable them serve a segment of customers, irrespective of their line of business.

BEC has established networks with prominent institutions working in the same field, both locally and internationally e.g. The American Society for Quality (ASQ)-USA, Quality America (QA), USA, American Supplier Institute- USA and Egypt, and the Healthcare Quality Certification Board (HQCB), USA.

BEC’s method of work depends on mentoring an in-house team from the company personnel, and transferring all required know-how to the team. They coach the team during the implementation phase and help create ownership. At the end of the implementation phase, the team would become capable of providing services for the rest of the organization on its own, without needing any further outside consultation. Ultimately, this retains knowledge within the organization and creates positive organizational cultural shift.

BEC’s professional training is available in both English and Arabic. Trainers are highly experienced, dedicated, and committed team. Although BEC is a new company, the experience of its team members is very long and diversified. To insure the effectiveness of the training provided, it is usually tied to specific results that are agreed upon with top management of the organization.
